What a summer!

Lets see, I got to work at a remote lodge in the Canadian Rockies, designing my own menus and running my own kitchen. On my days off I got to walk on some of the most amazing hiking trails in the world. I started a memoir that is now 330 pages and counting. At the end of the season, I embarked on a road trip that took me through 19 states and almost eleven thousand kilometres before finally arriving in Vancouver three days ago, where I found work as a chef at a quaint little Italian bistro downtown.

It seems I truly am blessed. I can’t wait to see what the rest of this amazing year has in store! Today I am off to see Puss’n'Boots. Can’t wait to write a review:)
